Stream Services is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Officer to provide day-to-day rostering, scheduling and administrative support across our participant services. This is an important operational role that helps ensure supports are accurately rostered, clearly communicated and delivered by suitable workers who understand each participant’s individual needs and preferences.

About The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building, reviewing, finalising and publishing participant support rosters
- Coordinating routine backfill, shift changes and service disruptions
- Contacting participants, representatives and workers to confirm leave, availability, preferences and requested changes
- Maintaining forward visibility of vacancies, unfilled shifts, leave and emerging coverage risks
- Maintaining accurate scheduling records and roster information
- Monitoring timesheets and roster discrepancies and escalating issues appropriately
- Assisting with workforce, leave and utilisation reporting
- Supporting onboarding administration for new participants and workers
- Maintaining vehicle booking information and assisting with fleet coordination
- Participating in an on-call roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in administration, rostering, scheduling, customer service or coordination
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Practical problem-solving ability
- Sound judgement and escalation skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to learn rostering and participant-management systems
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of the NDIS and disability services
- Experience using Akuety or similar systems
- Experience preparing workforce or operational reports
- Relevant qualification in business administration, community services or operations
- Experience supporting regional, rural or remote service delivery

- National Police Check
- Blue Card where required
