To be successful in this role, you'll be a confident HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong, trusted relationships with leaders across the business.You will currently be operating in a HR Business Partner capacity and bring approximately 3-5 years' HRBP experience supporting a diverse stakeholder group. You are commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing leaders while balancing both people and business priorities.We're looking for someone who has:
- Current experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner
- Approximately 3-5 years of HRBP experience
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Experience partnering with leaders within complex, evolving, or fast-paced environments
- Solid experience across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Experience within technology, SaaS, professional services, or similarly dynamic industries will be highly regarded
- Most importantly, you'll be eager to contribute to a high-performing People & Culture function and enjoy working in an organisation where HR is viewed as a strategic partner and key driver of business success.
