WHSE Coordinator

Rarekind

Remote

If you're a WHS professional on the Central Coast who's ready for more ownership, more impact and a chance to actually shape things, this could be the one.

This isn't your typical safety role where you spend your days ticking boxes and chasing paperwork.

It's a brand-new position created as the business grows.

You'll be out on the factory floor, working with people, solving problems and influencing safety, while also getting stuck into systems and projects that will shape the future of the site.

You'll work closely with Safety, HR and Operations, giving you great exposure and plenty of opportunity to grow your career.

What's in it for you?

You'll have the chance to build something, bring your ideas to the table and improve the way WHS is done.

You'll earn $90,000–$100,000 + super, 1 RDO per month, a strong safety culture and the opportunity to build your career with a global organisation right here on the Central Coast.

If you're currently commuting to Sydney, this could be your chance to bring your career closer to home without compromising on opportunity.

What will you actually be doing?

This is a boots-on-the-ground role.

You'll conduct inspections, identify risks, support risk assessments and incident investigations, and work with employees and supervisors to make sure issues are actually addressed.

You'll support toolbox talks, inductions, training and the Safety Committee, while managing safety registers, documentation and contractor compliance.

You'll also have the chance to improve and automate safety systems, so if you're someone who naturally thinks "there's got to be a better way", you'll fit right in.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone with around three years' WHS experience, solid fundamentals and the confidence to take ownership.

You'll be comfortable on the factory floor, happy having the tough conversations and prepared to call out unsafe behaviour.

You'll understand risk assessments and the Hierarchy of Controls, be confident with Excel and safety systems, and know how to build relationships.

Manufacturing experience is a bonus, not a must.
