About The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Advice Associate to join our growing Brisbane CBD team.

Working closely with experienced Financial Advisers, paraplanners and our broader operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process and ensuring a seamless experience for both advisers and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in financial planning and gain hands-on exposure to client meetings, strategy development and adviser support.

In This Role, You Will

• Prepare for and attend client meetings alongside Financial Advisers
• Prepare file notes, meeting documentation and coordinate client follow-up actions
• Coordinate adviser workflows, projects and work in progress
• Work closely with paraplanning, implementation and support teams to progress advice outcomes
• Gather client information and supporting documentation for advice preparation
• Coordinate Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and paraplanning requests
• Assist with Xplan strategy preparation, WealthSolver modelling and research
• Monitor workflow progression, implementation activities and outstanding actions
• Provide proactive client communication and ongoing servicing support
• Assist with adviser pipeline management, workflow coordination and reporting
