Civil Site Supervisor

Take a hands-on leadership role on civil construction projects. You'll coordinate site activities, lead crews and subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Civil Construction

• Civil operator machinery tickets and/or Project Management qualifications/experience
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
• Hands-on experience delivering Australian civil construction projects
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
• Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
• Australian Citizenship required
