PROGRAM ANALYST

Position Description

You will serve as a Program Analyst in Financial Systems Department, General Fund Business Office Division, and Organization Change Management Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will estimate resources requirements of systems (both existing and conceptual), to include acquisition programmatic changes that may impact resource requirements and lifecycle costs and effects.
• You will perform complex research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, and performance data for an aviation acquisition weapons system program.
• You will conduct in-depth analyses to derive relationships among system parameters, schedule variations, and costs.
• You will provide recommendations to senior officials for preparing, documenting, validating, and presenting resources requirements for assigned program/project.
• You will utilize advanced mathematical, economic analysis, operations research, and computer modeling techniques to perform work tasks.
• You will interpret policies and procedures promulgated by higher authorities to determine their effect on aviation acquisition weapons system program needs.
• You will prepare in-depth written and oral presentations, reports, and other technical documentation for stakeholders on aviation acquisition weapons system program status, technical problems, scheduling, and costs.
• You will accomplish other duties as assigned.
