We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our Feros Central team at Tweed Heads South. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting workforce planning, operational performance, and continuous improvement by analysing workforce and service data, identifying trends and risks, and providing valuable insights that support evidence-based decision making. What You'll Be Doing

  • Support workforce planning, roster optimisation, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor operational performance and recommend actions to meet service and performance targets.
  • Investigate performance variances and identify drivers impacting service delivery.
  • Complete ongoing reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Monitor customer feedback and service trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of operational improvements.
  • Support enhancements to workforce management systems, reporting, and processes.
  • Analyse workforce capacity, identify risks, and provide recommendations to leaders.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling, contact centre operations, or operational performance support
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations
  • Experience preparing workforce, operational, or performance reports and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and working with formulas
  • Experience using workforce management, rostering, scheduling, CRM, or reporting systems will be highly regarded
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Experience within aged care, community services, disability services, or customer contact environments is highly regarded.
