Forklogic is looking for a reliable and hands-on Yard Hand to support the day-to-day operation of our busy workshop and yard environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised site, and is comfortable working around forklifts and equipment.

This position is a full time permanent opportunity at our workshop in Kunda Park, operating Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

About The Role

Working closely with the workshop and rental teams, you’ll assist with equipment movements, yard organisation and preparing machines for hire and delivery.

This is a varied role with a mix of forklift operation, equipment preparation, general yard upkeep and coordination of incoming and outgoing equipment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Loading, unloading and moving forklifts and equipment throughout the yard
• Preparing equipment for hire including washing, detailing and basic checks
• Inspecting returned equipment and reporting damage or faults
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment

About You

You’re dependable, safety-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment.

You Will Bring

• A current forklift licence
• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse or transport environment
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and safe equipment handling
• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment & drug alcohol screening.
