What you’ll do
Sitting within the Customer Comms Tribe (Customer Identity and Personalisation) you will drive the design, delivery, and launch of digital campaigns that build genuine customer loyalty and engagement.
Collaborate with key partners—including Everyday Rewards, Everyday Services, Everyday Partners and Supermarkets eCom—to achieve shared performance targets by harnessing marketing automation, data science, and streamlined cross-functional ways of working.
Day to day, it brings together a wide range of collaborators from creative squad members and platform managers to marketing leads and chapter heads to ensure every campaign lands seamlessly across all digital channels.
- Lead squad delivery: Direct a cross-functional squad to build, test, launch, and optimize high-converting customer comms campaigns.
- Shape campaign strategy: Partner with business leads to plan campaign execution, challenge the status quo, and set high delivery standards.
- Build scalable capabilities: Identify, design, and roll out process automations and system enhancements to eliminate manual friction, streamline execution, and boost long-term team efficiency.
- Drive AI adoption: Introduce and embed Agentic AI tools to automate workflows, speed up QA, and cut overall delivery times.
- Manage operational risks: Lead incident response and remediation when issues arise to keep campaign output seamless and accurate.
- Support people & performance: Work alongside functional leads to coach team members, share feedback, and foster career growth.
What you’ll bring
Strategic mindset, ensuring all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer loyalty goals.
- 3+years in digital marketing/media strategy/operations; experience with MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Simple, Workfront); experience with Agentic AI, email, onsite, sms, and app channels;
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders;
- Experience leveraging Agentic AI tools to automate workflows, enhance quality assurance, and drive operational efficiency.
- Commercial acumen, lateral thinking, detail-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, team player, and resilient.
