Our finance team sits at the heart of that, partnering directly with operational leaders to drive cost ownership and performance. Your Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Deliver accurate, high quality management reporting and financial analysis for assigned business units
  • Acting as key finance partner for operational and non-financial managers to help them understand and act on financial information and translating complex financial information into business insights
  • Own month end close processes including general ledger reconciliations and P&L reporting
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for your assigned business area
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and accounting workflows including development and automation of reports on assigned business unit
  • Support internal and external audits and assist with audit queries
  • Collaborate with the broader Operations Accounting team to share knowledge and maintain consistent approaches

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting
  • CPA or CA membership - or working towards it
  • 3-5 years experience in Finance Business partnering, financial or management accounting or started in chartered firm and has since moved to commercial finance environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis capability
  • Comfortable communicating financial information to a non-finance audience
  • A hands-on, results-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • SAP experience advantageous but not essential
