  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Application:

  • This role requires availability to work from 3:00am Monday to Sunday
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekend availability required

Team vision (text) As a Fulfilment (Replenishment) Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Replenish stock to sales and fulfilment locations to maintain product availability and support customer demand in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards.
  • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
  • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.

Let´s connect As a Fulfilment (Replenishment) Co-worker you have:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Physically fit and able to safely handle manual tasks, lifting, and moving stock.
  • Experience with inventory systems, RF scanners, or warehouse management tools is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
  • Committed to safety, safe work practices, and IKEA values.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve stock issues.
  • Safety-focused and comfortable with physical work, including repetitive and heavy lifting.
