Workplace Experience and Hospitality Executive

Purpose

As a Workplace Experience and Hospitality Executive, you will curate exceptional, 5-star experiences for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders. Reporting to leadership, you will seamlessly combine daily F&B operations, premium concierge hospitality, and proactive workplace services, ensuring our office environment radiates convenience, community, and the prestigious hospitality Accor is celebrated for.

The successful candidate will be hired on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an option to extend in line with the contractual agreement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome tenants and visitors, offering premium concierge and personalised lobby services.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage services in conference rooms, ensuring impeccable set-ups.
• Provide table service for beverages in adjacent executive lounge areas to enhance the experience.
• Co-ordinate daily workplace operations, tenant activation initiatives, and community-building events.
• Liaise with preferred suppliers to identify opportunities for service innovation.
• Respond promptly to tenant feedback, maintaining the asset's premium operating standards.

Skills And Experience

• Strong hospitality or hotel background with experience in premium food and beverage service.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, concierge, or luxury guest services role.
• Proven capability in co-ordinating and planning events with seamless operational delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for curating personalised customer experiences.
• All successful candidates will be required to hold a valid National Police Check
