We are actively seeking a Construction Modeler to join our collaborative Brisbane team. As part of our highly capable crew, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of complex projects.

About The Role

Construction Modelers will focus on preparing and developing models, drawings, and assemblies, while building technical capability and working closely with senior team members for guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare models, detail drawings, and assemblies with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Senior Modelers, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers to meet client requirements.
• Develop technical queries and support issue resolution.
• Maintain and improve technical skills in Tekla Structures and other CAD software.
• Incorporate approved changes and revisions into models and drawings.
• Support clash detection and quality-checking processes.
• Manage personal workloads and meet assigned deadlines.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant detailing/modeling experience.
• Experience with steel detailing and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures and other CAD software.
• Certificate or Diploma in Structural/Mechanical Engineering Drafting (or similar).
• Ability to interpret instructions and contribute to team delivery.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and eagerness to develop technical expertise.
