Project Scheduler (AW12)

Canberra Based | Requires a current AGSVA NV1 Clearance | Onsite Requirement (min. 3 days/week)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a Defence program team based in Canberra. This is a great opportunity for a scheduling professional to take ownership of project schedules, reporting and planning across a complex, multi-project environment.

You'll work closely with project leadership and the wider delivery team, keeping schedules accurate, risks visible and reporting on track month to month.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules using Open Plan Professional (OPP)
• Coordinate and support monthly project reporting across the team
• Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and supporting documentation
• Identify and communicate schedule risks to project leadership
• Support planning and baselining activities for projects moving through approval

Required

• Current NV1 security clearance (minimum)
• Senior scheduling experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP)
• Demonstrated scheduling experience on major projects
• Ability to work onsite in Canberra a minimum of 3 days per week after an initial period of 6 month onsite full time
• Previous experience in a Defence project environment (highly regarded)
