Endeavour Foundation
- Loyalty Team Leader (Membership & Subscriptions)
- 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover)
- Cannon Hill, with flexible hybrid working
About Endeavour
Endeavour Foundation is one of Australia's largest social enterprises supporting people with intellectual disability. Our lotteries help fund that work. Every ticket and every membership supports people to live the life they choose, giving this role a purpose beyond traditional loyalty marketing.
The Role
We're looking for a Loyalty Team Leader to cover a 12-month parental leave contract, leading loyalty and subscription marketing across our lottery and membership products.
You'll own the loyalty strategy with a focus on growing our Memberships, lifting retention and building long-term supporter value. It's a hands-on leadership role: part strategy, part campaign delivery, part coaching a small, capable team.
You'll report to the Marketing Manager - Supporter and work closely with Product, CRM, Data, Customer Support and Compliance.
What you'll do
Lead the loyalty, lifecycle and engagement strategy across our lottery and membership products
Deliver end-to-end loyalty campaigns and journeys, including onboarding, retention, payment recovery, win-back, reward and recognition
Lead, coach and develop two Loyalty Marketing Specialists
Use data, segmentation and testing to make member experiences more relevant and reduce churn
Track the numbers that matter, including retention, active members, lifetime value and campaign ROI
Shape loyalty mechanics, member benefits and subscription initiatives that support sustainable growth
Keep campaigns commercially sound, supporter-first and compliant with gaming legislation, permit requirements and responsible play expectations
What you'll bring
5 years experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle, subscription or retention marketing
People leadership or team management experience
Confidence working with data and turning it into campaign decisions
A customer-first mindset and sound judgement in a regulated or trust-sensitive setting
You don't need lottery or gaming experience. If you've worked in subscriptions, fundraising, financial services, media, retail, e-commerce, memberships or another customer marketing environment, your skills will transfer.
Nice to have
Experience in a regulated environment (lotteries, wagering, gaming, fundraising, financial services)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (we use Braze)
Knowledge of responsible gambling or regulated marketing frameworks
Why join us
Real purpose: your work helps fund support for people with disability
A senior role with genuine ownership and room to shape the loyalty program
Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free, plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment
Novated leasing to save on car purchase and running costs
Discounts on health insurance, Kia vehicles and appliances
Ongoing learning opportunities and supportive induction
Employee Assistance Program and reward and recognition initiatives
We'd rather hear from someone with the right instincts and transferable skills than tick every box. If this sounds like you but you're not sure you meet everything listed, apply anyway.
