Trainee Educator at Tall Tree Early Learning and The Atlantis Group

Full Time | 38 Hours Per Week

As a Trainee Educator, you’ll gain hands-on experience while studying toward your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Your Role

As a Trainee Educator, you’ll support children through play-based learning and help create a safe, nurturing environment for growth and discovery. You’ll work closely with experienced educators and contribute to daily routines and programming while completing your studies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting play-based learning experiences that foster development.
  • Assisting in planning and implementing daily programs.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and child-safe learning environment.
  • Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Embodying professionalism and a commitment to child safety at all times.
