About The Role
Join the team at The Dock, the Fremantle Dockers' team store, during our busiest and most exciting time of year - the AFL and AFLW season crossover. We're building a team of seasonal casual Retail Assistants based at our Cockburn facility to support the store through peak trading. You'll help keep things running smoothly on matchdays and beyond, and be part of a club that values inclusion, teamwork and community.
The Scope Of The Role Will Include
- Providing friendly, helpful service on the retail floor and at the register
- Processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Receiving, merchandising, and maintaining stock in-store and in back-of-house
- Packing and fulfilling online and Click & Collect orders
- Supporting stocktakes, restocking, and store presentation
- Helping create a safe, welcoming space for members, fans, and visitors
This is a casual, seasonal opportunity for approximately 3–4 months from late August – December, with shifts up to 15-20 hours per week. Rosters include weekend and matchday shifts, planned and shared with you in advance.

- Comfort using POS systems and handling stock
