Full Time | Food & Beverage Supervisor – Mews Café

Love the buzz of a busy café? Mews Cafe is the heart of our hotel, serving exceptional coffee, fresh seasonal menus and warm, genuine service. This role suits an early bird, someone who thrives in busy environments and loves to bring the positive vibes to ensure our guests start their day on a high!

Part Time | Food & Beverage Supervisor – Fiume Rooftop Bar

Prefer working when the sun goes down, the music is hopping and the drinks are flowing? Join our award-winning rooftop bar - Fiume, where premium cocktails, breathtaking views and unforgettable nights become memories that last a lifetime. Your passion for ensuring a high-level of bar service will be your key to success in this role, and you will thrive in leading and developing your team to ensure we provide the elevated experience Fiume is known for.

What you will bring

• A sincere passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous hands-on supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-end food & beverage environment.
• The ability to motivate, coach and inspire your team.
• Confidence leading service and anticipating guest needs.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Accountability and ownership of your role, you will be driven to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our venues. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!

You will need to confidently demonstrate

• Considerable experience in premium restaurant/bar environments
• Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs
• In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge
• The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required
• Ability to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service
• Friendly and confident communication skills
• QLD RSA essential
• For Fiume - in depth knowledge of cocktail creation and execution is a must
• Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays
