About The Role

Gemco Is seeking a Rotables & Warehouse Officer to join the team at Dynon, VIC on a full time basis. The role will be responsible for the effective lifecycle management of repairable (rotatable) components and the accurate execution of warehouse operations to support maintenance activities.The role ensures the timely availability, tracking, and cost-effective repair of critical components through effective coordination with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. It also maintains high standards of inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency using ERP systems.

This role will report to Supply Chain Coordinator VIC.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and/or rotables management
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Forklift licence
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Understanding of the WHS requirements.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills And Experiences

• 3+ years’ experience in rotables, repairables, or materials control
• Experience in rail, heavy industry, or maintenance environments
• Exposure to vendor coordination and repair management
• Analytical skills in cost tracking and inventory optimisation
