THE ROLE

The primary purpose of this role is to source land opportunities for the Mirrastone Group of companies, ensuring that there is a constant supply of fixed house and land packages to the sales teams to meet sales budgets.

This role is Monday – Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00pm. Usually 3 days are spent in the office with the remainder of the time on the road with Sales Teams and meeting with Developers.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identify development opportunities and present them for review and approval.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady supply of house and land packages.
  • Determine optimal land estates for affiliation based on sales rates.
  • Ensure compliance with developer guidelines and council requirements for all packages.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data
  • Generate regular reports on market updates and package performance.
  • Build relationships with land vendors
  • Attend industry events to network and secure prime display locations.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to effectively promote house and land packages.
  • Provide support to other business units pursuing house and land packages.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in home building industry, with house and land development expertise preferred
  • Extensive background in business development and sales.
  • Proficient with CRM software, particularly Runway.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong relationship builder, adept at managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and consultation abilities, especially in complex situations
