Wholesale Customer Care & Reception Representative

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Wholesale Customer Care & Reception Representative to join Munro Footwear Group (MFG).

Reporting to the Wholesale Customer Care Team Lead, you'll be the welcoming face of our Melbourne Support Office while providing outstanding support to our wholesale customers, sales agents and internal teams. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll combine reception and office coordination with wholesale customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient and leaves a positive impression.

The role

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls and general enquiries
• Manage reception, mailroom operations, couriers and office supplies
• Support the day-to-day running of our Melbourne Support Office
• Process wholesale customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer and sales agent enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate with our Distribution Centre to ensure timely order dispatch
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service

About you

• Previous experience in customer service, reception or administration
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
• Confidence building relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• Experience within retail, wholesale, footwear or fashion will be highly regarded
