Join our Customer Engineering Services (CES) team and help deliver the infrastructure that supports hospitals, manufacturers and mining operations across Western Australia. You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, take ownership of meaningful work and build strong relationships with customers, contractors and operational teams. With a mix of technical, project and field-based experience, you'll develop practical engineering skills, broaden your industry knowledge and create a clear pathway into senior engineering, project management or leadership roles. What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Supporting the design and delivery of industrial gas and LPG installations across a wide range of customer industries
  • Taking ownership of engineering projects from concept and design through to commissioning and handover
  • Preparing engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, risk assessments and technical reports that support safe and effective project delivery
  • Working directly with customers, contractors and operational teams to deliver practical engineering solutions
  • Participating in site visits, equipment inspections and commissioning activities across diverse industrial environments
  • Conducting engineering assessments, site inspections and audits to identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability and operational performance
  • Supporting incident investigations, technical reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Providing technical expertise to maintenance and operational teams to help solve real-world engineering challenges
  • Building trusted relationships with customers while developing a deep understanding of their operations and business needs
  • Developing broad engineering experience across projects, operations, compliance and customer-facing environments

What Makes You Great

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Genuine passion for engineering and a strong desire to learn and develop technical expertise
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical and effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across customers, contractors and internal teams
  • Ability and willingness to work across office, operational and customer site environments as required by the role
  • Motivated to build a long-term career and grow with a global leader in industrial gases and engineering
  • Exposure to industrial, process, mechanical, chemical, mining, manufacturing, energy or oil and gas environments desirable but not essential
