At CSBS Group, we don’t see labels — we see humans.
Behind every roster is a person, a team, and a commitment to continuity of support.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position at the centre of our 24/7 operations. As Team Leader – Rostering, you will lead a small, fast-paced scheduling team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day rostering.
