About The Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work directly with participants, families and support networks to deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support services. Your role will include undertaking comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based behaviour support strategies, and implement therapeutic interventions that help participants achieve meaningful outcomes and improved quality of life.

What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking practitioners who are passionate about making a difference and committed to best-practice support.
Essential Requirements
- Current registration and suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level as determined by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Experience delivering evidence-based behaviour support and intervention strategies.
- Confidence using digital technologies and electronic clinical record systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage a caseload.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with participants, families, carers and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
