As Third-in-Charge, you’ll support the Store Manager and 2IC in leading a motivated team to ensure the smooth running of consignment and the store experience. You’ll step up to supervise or run shifts when required, using your expertise in pricing to drive store performance and support a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Supporting the management team and stepping up to lead shifts when required.
Using your pricing expertise to drive sales and maintain a trusted resale service.
Creating a welcoming, organised and safe store environment that reflects the Goodbyes values.
Assisting with the smooth running of consignment, from team support and customer service to store presentation.

Location: Hobart

Full-time: 29.50 hours/week

Annual Salary: $49,684.21 |

Leave: As per Fair Work Act, with 17.5% leave loading
