This role provides specialist second-level support for complex order and delivery enquiries, acting as the key link between the Customer Service Centre, Production and Delivery teams, branches, and customers. This role is critical for handling complex customer issues, reducing resolution times, and impacting service levels.
What you will enjoy doing
- Provide operational, administrative, and second-tier support to customers and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, the Customer Service Centre (CSC), Production, Delivery, and branch teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support customers with onboarding, order placement, delivery tracking, billing enquiries, cylinder management, and pricing-related issues
- Serve as the escalation point for complex order and delivery enquiries, working closely with frontline CSC agents to resolve issues efficiently
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a strong focus on service excellence
- Deliver solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with BOC policies, processes, and business requirements
What makes you great
- Previous Customer Service Experience, At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally in a role involving direct interaction with customers over the phone, chat, or email
- Previous experience in handling escalated customer complaints or challenging situations
- Knowledge of SalesForce, SAP, Microsoft Office 365 beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and prioritize work
