About the role

We're on the lookout for Casual LO & LF Operators to join our Distribution Centre team in Truganina. Supporting Kathmandu, Rip Curl and Oboz, you'll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from our warehouse to customers and stores across Australia.

With both AM and PM shifts available Monday to Friday, this is a great opportunity for experienced warehouse operators who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Here's where you come in

As a Casual LO & LF Operator, you'll help ensure stock is received, moved, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and safely throughout our Distribution Centre. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating LO and LF equipment safely and efficiently
• Picking, replenishing and moving stock using RF scanners
• Loading and unloading inventory
• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Building, wrapping and staging pallets for dispatch
• Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control
• Following warehouse safety procedures and site standards
• Supporting the wider DC team with general warehouse duties as required

What we're looking for

We're seeking reliable team players who take pride in their work and thrive in a busy warehouse environment.

You'll bring

• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
• Current LO and/or LF licence
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
• The ability to work safely and follow processes
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

Essential

• Current LO Licence
• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Full working rights in Australia

Desirable

• Experience within a fast-paced distribution centre
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Inventory control or stock replenishment experience
