Landscape Tradesman/ Supervisior/ Experienced Labourer - Samford

We are looking for someone who has the ability to become or is a supervisor in our business. We would love to talk to qualified or experienced people from our industry or related industries whose current skills will help us grow as we help them grow into the position of supervisor, learn new skills and take on new challenges in the Landscape and building industry.

After a short assessment period to see if you are a good fit for us as we are for you. You would work up to running small projects at first with your own team. As you grow into the position and show your experience learning and understanding of the way we do things you will take on bigger more complex projects as we grow. Over time we would like you to grow into a position where you would manage/oversee several teams and projects working in an autonomous role within the business with a view to becoming a member of the partnership.
