Our client is a well-established residential builder on the Gold Coast looking to add a Revit Draftsperson to their growing team.

About the Role Working closely with the construction, estimating and sales teams, you'll be responsible for producing accurate residential working drawings while ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare residential working drawings using Revit.
• Amend plans to suit client variations and council requirements.
• Produce construction documentation for new home builds.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.

About You

• Previous experience drafting volume residential homes is essential.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
