Help shape what's next for Easy Signs Australia.

We're looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our next phase of operational growth. This is a newly created executive leadership role with the opportunity to shape how our business operates, scales and performs into the future.

You’ll have end-to-end accountability across Production, Customer Experience and Quality, leading a team of senior managers and working directly with the Company Directors and Executive Leadership Team to turn strategy into action.

The opportunity

As Our Chief Operating Officer, You Will

  • Lead the performance of our Production, Customer Experience and Quality functions.
  • Translate company strategy into clear operational priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Own operational KPIs, performance reporting and accountability.
  • Partner with Finance on budgets, cost management and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation and process optimisation.
  • Ensure quality, customer experience and safety are embedded into operational decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how we work as the business continues to grow.
  • Work closely with our US leadership team to share best practice and align operating models across our Australian and US businesses.
  • Provide clear, commercially informed operational reporting to the Company Directors.

About You

You’re an experienced senior operations leader who knows how to move between the big picture and the detail.

You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading complex operations, ideally within manufacturing, production or a similarly fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of how people, processes, performance, quality and customer experience work together.
  • Experience leading senior managers and building high-performing leadership teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets and cost drivers.
  • Experience developing KPIs and using data to drive performance.
  • A track record of leading process improvement, automation, transformation or business growth initiatives.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to take ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a genuine ability to develop and inspire people.
