Saphyroo builds fleet management, safety and transport technology used by operators across Australia, the UK and Saudi Arabia. Our platform helps businesses manage their vehicles, drivers, routes and safety in one connected system through Drive360, Vision360 and Route360.
Every new customer needs someone who can guide them from day one and help them get the most from the platform. As we continue to grow across Australia, the UK and Saudi Arabia, you'll play a key role in helping our customers succeed.
The Role
You look after a portfolio of small and midsized fleets, most running between 5 and 50 vehicles, from the day they sign. You'll get them up and running quickly, teach them how to use their data and help them continue to see value from the platform.
This isn't a support desk or a ticket based support role. You'll own the customer relationship, helping fleets succeed and ensuring they continue to get the most from Saphyroo. Their success is your success.
You'll start alongside an experienced colleague and gradually take on more accounts as you find your feet. You'll work across the Saphyroo platform, spreadsheets, CRM, GitLab and the AI tools we use across the business. We'll teach you all of it.
We're a growing startup, so no two days are the same. The work is varied and from time to time you may start early or finish later to support customers and teammates across different time zones.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers, from signed contract to a fully functioning fleet.
- Configure vehicles, drivers and devices so customers see value from day one.
- Run regular check-ins and quarterly reviews to keep account health high.
- Review customer data to identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and customer outcomes.
- Handle enquiries and work with engineering when something technical needs sorting.
- Support renewals, spot expansion and keep CRM records accurate.
What You'll Need
This is an entry level role. We train you on the platform and the industry. You bring:
- One to two years in a people facing job such as retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, support or client services. Enough to demonstrate you can build relationships and communicate confidently with customers.
- Excellent spoken and written communication. You will be on calls with Australian operators most days.
- Based in Australia with full working rights. Melbourne preferred.
- Hardworking, organised and reliable. You track your own accounts without being chased.
- Comfortable with dashboards and numbers, and quick to pick up new software.
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is a bonus.
