About The Role
- The Clinical Practice Advisor position is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
- Perfect for Occupational Therapists with advanced expertise in a clinical area they're passionate about and eager to share, such as mental health, assistive technology, or paediatrics.
- Use your specialist clinical expertise to provide guidance, consultation, and mentoring to Occupational Therapists, helping build confidence and capability across the team.
- This position is ideal for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to develop their skills further, particularly in working in their specialised field and maintain their own clinical caseload.
- Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- 5+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Apply your advanced expertise in your chosen clinical specialty to provide guidance, mentoring, and clinical leadership.
- Proven ability to deliver Occupational Therapy directly to clients as part of an independent caseload.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring Occupational Therapists.
- Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors, including NDIS and community-based settings.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Access your own vehicle and a current driver's licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
