Quality & Compliance Officer

The exciting opportunity

• Permanent, full time role working Monday - Friday
• Based at our corporate office in West Perth
• Maintain administrative systems and processes to support compliance
• Conduct research and provide direction for quality and continuous improvement processes, monitoring and reporting on new developments in the Aged Care / NDIS sector
• Monitor and assist in the maintenance of our incident management system, provide regular and ad hoc reports as required, and support compliance with incident management regulation
• Work collaboratively to maintain organisational preparedness for external audits, identify and report on issues of noncompliance, and work with internal stakeholders to address issues

About you

• Demonstrated experience within a quality / compliance role in the aged care sector
• Strong knowledge of aged care and NDIS compliance frameworks and tools
• Sound understanding of the funding and administrative arrangements of the Aged Care Act 2024
• Experienced with internal auditing and investigation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with corporate and clinical leaders
• Full working rights in Australia, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
