Role Description
We are looking for a motivated team member to help ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and our sales team receives the support it needs.
The role will primarily involve:
- Preparing and processing customer quotes and orders.
- Responding to customer product and service enquiries.
- Providing practical assistance and advice.
- Coordinating with internal team members to resolve customer issues.
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities.
- Identifying what needs to be done and following requests through to completion.
This is an important and varied position involving a high degree of practical problem-solving. You will work closely with people across the business to ensure customers receive timely and effective support.
Most of the working week will be based in our Melbourne office. Some travel within Australia may be required from time to time.
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in learning.
You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. You will also be able to think clearly, organise your workload and respond quickly when priorities change.

Qualifications
An electrical or electronic qualification, technical background or demonstrated interest in electrical and electronic systems would be highly regarded.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, administration or a technical product environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Training will be provided on the job.
