We’re looking for a commercially minded Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to take full ownership of reward across multiple regions, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape how we attract, retain and reward our people.

Operating as a true subject matter expert, you’ll lead critical remuneration activities end-to-end; from annual review cycles through to executive reporting, with the autonomy and influence to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end annual remuneration review cycle (AU/NZ/CA).
  • Prepare Board and Executive remuneration reporting and insights.
  • Drive market benchmarking, salary frameworks and governance.
  • Design and manage reward programs, including STI & LTI frameworks.
  • Advise leaders on remuneration decisions impacting attraction, retention and cost.
  • Deliver analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, legislation and internal controls.
  • Partner with P&C, Payroll and Finance on reward processes and systems.

What you’ll bring

  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in remuneration, reward or benefits-focused roles.
  • Proven experience operating as a subject matter expert with ownership and accountability.
  • Strong capability across salary reviews, benchmarking, and STI/LTI frameworks.
  • Experience preparing Executive and Board-level remuneration insights.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and HRIS platforms (Dayforce advantageous).
  • The ability to exercise sound judgement, autonomy, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in complex or multi-entity environments (ASX-listed or retail highly regarded).
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
