About the Role

Manage a portfolio of strata claims end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders and providing clear, timely updates throughout the process.

Experience in insurance or strata claims is ideal, but we’re open to strong customer service professionals (retail/call centre) looking to build a career in insurance.

Internal title: Strata Internal Claims Adjuster (Also known as: Claims Consultant / Claims Manager / Claims Handler).

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage claims from lodgement to settlement
  • Support and guide customers through the claims process
  • Assess coverage and review documentation
  • Investigate and analyse claims
  • Set reserves and prepare reports
  • Determine liability and finalise claims

Key Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Insurance/strata experience (highly desirable)
