Level Up Collective are proud to be partnering with HAMBS to find a Change and Communications Manager to lead meaningful and people centric organisational change and communication strategies to support organisational transformation and cultural change. This role will define, plan, lead and deliver change and communication activities at an enterprise level and across transformation programs of work.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will lead meaningful and people centric organisational change and communication strategies to support organisational transformation and cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported for successful transformation adaptation.
  • Provide training framework and coaching for leadership to lead and embed change.
  • Support delivery of integrated Target Operating Model and Culture strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide uplift in change capability and strategic direction for program Transition Team.
  • Support design, delivery and implementation internal transition framework for transformational programs of work.
  • Evaluate, create and manage business and user readiness and acceptance plans and activities, ensuring gaps in readiness and resistance are supported and managed.
  • Partner with the People and Culture Team to support cultural change, organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities as a result of change initiatives.
  • Identify, map, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
  • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders, facilitating open communication and resolving conflict as required.
  • Foster a strong collaboration culture across internal and external teams to ensure program success.

About you

You have experience in a similar role with large scale technological and organisational change. Demonstrated experience in strategic communications, public relations or corporate affairs and organisational development capability. The key to your success is really understanding how people go through change and the change process. You are tenacious, resilient and can work collaboratively with and through others as a strong team player. Most importantly, you are Awesome, Brave, and a Good Human!

You will bring

  • Relevant degree in business, behavioural sciences or other relevant degree.
  • Change management certification (essential).
  • Knowledge of people and culture best practice, workplace legislation, EEO, Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
