Dental Receptionist / Assistant to be the welcoming face of our practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a busy front-desk environment, and wants weekday hours with weekends free.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
• Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries
• Handling phone, email and in-centre enquiries
• Processing payments and private health fund claims
• Assisting with chair-side and sterilisation duties as needed
• Supporting general administration and daily clinic operations
• Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey

About You

• Reception or customer service experience (healthcare experience advantageous but not essential)
• Flexibility to assist as a Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using computer systems and managing bookings
• Professional, reliable and patient-focused
• A positive, team-first attitude
