This is a rare opportunity for an Investment Analyst to join a high-performing team with exposure to both direct and indirect real estate investing, supporting transactions and asset management across Australia, Asia Pacific, North America and Europe.
Working alongside experienced investment professionals, you will gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle while contributing to the ongoing growth and performance of an internationally diversified portfolio.
The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting acquisition and due diligence processes across a range of direct and indirect real estate investments.
- Assisting with the asset management of an institutional-quality property portfolio to optimise investment performance.
- Preparing financial models, investment analysis, market research and investment committee materials.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and assisting with reporting and strategic asset reviews.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external investment partners across multiple international markets.
- Supporting cross-border investment and asset management initiatives as required.
About You
To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- Approximately 2-5 years' experience within a real estate investment, funds management, transactions, valuations or asset management environment.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality investment papers and presentations.
- A genuine interest in global real estate investing and institutional capital markets.
- Commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
