The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced

Technology Transformation & AI Consultant to join our professional Services team.

This is a senior client-facing consulting role focused on helping organisations transform the way they operate through technology, innovation and artificial intelligence.

You will work closely with executive leadership teams, operational leaders and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

Operating as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through technology-enabled change initiatives including digital transformation, cybersecurity improvement programs, AI adoption, cloud modernisation, governance uplift and business process optimisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business consulting, technology strategy and innovation to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership teams.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and discovery sessions.
• Assess current technology environments and organisational maturity.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Create business cases and investment recommendations.
• Provide independent and commercially sound technology advice.

Technology Transformation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives from strategy through to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance through technology.
• Assist clients in redesigning processes, systems and operating models.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Assist organisations in managing technology-enabled change.
• Work with stakeholders to drive successful adoption of new technologies.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

• Facilitate AI readiness and opportunity assessments.
• Identify use cases for Artificial Intelligence, automation and digital process improvement.
• Assist organisations in developing AI strategies and governance frameworks.
• Lead engagements focused on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Advise clients on responsible AI, compliance, risk and governance considerations.
• Support proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs.
• Help clients realise measurable business value from AI investments.

Governance, Security & Risk

• Assist clients in strengthening ICT governance and compliance.
• Conduct technology and cybersecurity maturity assessments.
• Support organisations with strategic risk management initiatives.
• Develop policies, frameworks and governance models.
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity best practice and regulatory requirements.

Project & Professional Services Delivery

• Lead consulting engagements and strategic projects.
• Develop deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, strategy documents and executive reports.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Consultants and Technical Specialists.
• Ensure consulting engagements are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain utilisation and billable consulting targets.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong and trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Present recommendations to executives, steering committees and boards.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the Professional Services practice.

About You

You are an experienced consultant who combines strong business acumen with deep technology knowledge.

You understand that technology is an enabler of business outcomes and can confidently engage with both executive leadership teams and technical stakeholders.

You are naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about helping organisations leverage emerging technologies to achieve their goals.

Essential

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology consulting, advisory or project delivery.
• Experience delivering technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Workshop facilitation and executive presentation experience.
• Experience developing business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Desirable

• Experience within Aged Care, Home Care, NDIS, Healthcare or Community Services sectors.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience implementing AI, automation or data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including Essential Eight, NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Project Management, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certifications.
• Experience with business process improvement methodologies.
