Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure | Alice Springs, NT

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client working on a major civil infrastructure and flood mitigation project based in Alice Springs, NT.
This role will suit a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ideally within transport, water, flood mitigation or government infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of a major civil infrastructure project from concept through to completion.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee hydraulic and hydrologic investigations, flood risk assessments, and technical engineering studies.
- Support engineering feasibility assessments and infrastructure planning activities.
- Ensure project outcomes align with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ideally within roads, transport, water, or flood mitigation.
- Experience with hydraulic and/or hydrologic modelling, flood risk assessments, or water infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working within government, engineering consultancy, or infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Australian work rights and the ability to be based in Alice Springs for the duration of the engagement.
