Our Bull Creek residential estate is home to a vibrant community of residents who take pride in where they live. As a Grounds Person, you'll play a key role in keeping the village looking its best while building genuine connections with residents who appreciate your work.
About The Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining our gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces to a high standard, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Your Duties Will Include
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Pruning, mulching and garden maintenance
- Weed and pest management
- Planting and landscaping improvements
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Basic reticulation repairs and maintenance
- General grounds and village upkeep
- Ensuring outdoor areas remain safe, tidy and presentable
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while being part of a team.
Ideally, You'll Have
- Experience in grounds, parks, garden or landscape maintenance
- A current manual driver's licence
- Experience operating mowers, hedgers and other gardening equipment
- Knowledge of irrigation and reticulation systems
- A chainsaw ticket (or willingness to obtain one)
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- A commitment to safety and quality
