Commissioning Manager, Northern Beaches

Sydney North Health Network is seeking an innovative and collaborative Commissioning Manager to help bring our Neighbourhood Health Hubs to life.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting health innovation initiatives in Northern Sydney. Working alongside community members, health professionals, service providers and people with lived experience, you'll help shape a more connected and person-centred health system.

At the heart of this role is relational commissioning, an approach that puts relationships, trust and shared purpose at the centre of system change. Rather than designing services for communities, you'll work with communities and partners to co-design solutions that respond to local needs and strengths.

In this role you'll

• Help shape and grow our Northern Beaches Neighbourhood Health Hub
• Build strong partnerships across the health and community sector
• Co-design services with community members and providers
• Drive innovative approaches to commissioning and integrated care
• Work with partners to create meaningful and lasting change
