Tradewind Australia is recruiting experienced Centre Managers on behalf of a well-established and growing early learning provider with services across Victoria and New South Wales.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a large, purpose-built early learning service of approximately 140 places, leading a dedicated team while ensuring operational excellence, high-quality educational outcomes and strong community engagement.

This is a genuine leadership role where you'll have the autonomy and support to influence culture, mentor your team and continue driving quality improvement.

Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week)

Salary: $50-$55 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a passionate team of educators and leaders.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community.
  • Drive occupancy and support sustainable centre growth.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and organisational policies.
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, rostering and centre performance.
  • Champion continuous quality improvement and educational excellence.

About You

You'll be an experienced early childhood leader who enjoys developing others and creating environments where both children and educators can thrive.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Previous Centre Manager experience, or a strong Assistant Centre Manager ready to step into their first Centre Manager role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.

Please note: These positions are not suitable for applicants currently studying towards an early childhood qualification.
