Site Manager

Step into a leadership role that puts you at the centre of a fast-paced hospital imaging service. We're looking for a confident, people-focused Site Manager to run daily operations across our Randwick campus, including Neura-MRI and specialist hospital rooms.

• 9-day fortnight with an RDO every two weeks

What You'll Do

• Drive smooth daily operations and patient flow
• Lead and support a clerical team of up to 15
• Manage rosters, schedules, and front-of-house performance
• Oversee financial tasks including daily banking
• Build strong relationships with internal and external hospital stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Clear, confident communication
• Strong organisational ability and system-savvy workflow management
• Healthcare or radiology experience is a bonus
• VISAGE experience is desirable
