About the role

We’re seeking a Sales Executive to play a key role in maintaining and growing our existing customer portfolio and revenue base. Based in our Shepparton office and reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you'll work alongside a passionate team of local media and sales professionals while helping businesses connect with the right audience through innovative and effective marketing solutions.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of media platforms, including broadcast TV, audio, streaming, BVOD, and digital assets. You'll partner with local businesses to develop campaigns that drive results and make a real impact. The role is ideally full-time; however, we are open to considering a part-time arrangement for the right candidate.
What does your day to day look like?
- Driving new business relationships through face-to-face interactions daily.
- Manage your own business portfolio of existing client relationships whilst building your portfolio and therefore increasing your income.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to drive network revenue, exceed market share and enhance the SWM/SCA brands within the community.
- Weekly mentoring and reporting with your Group Sales Manager.
- Understanding the SWM/SCA business and be able to leverage our assets to deliver on client objectives.
What you’ll need
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Experience in or confident in a face-to-face cold calling environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, being highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and possess the ability to learn new systems.
