Administration Project Officer - Survey Team
Hanlons Consulting
Company Description
Join a team that shows up, speaks up, cares and gets it done.
At Hanlons Consulting, we're more than surveyors and engineers. We're problem-solvers, collaborators and trusted advisors, helping shape communities across New South Wales through surveying, engineering and project management.
As our team continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive Administration Project Officer to become the backbone of our Surveying Division. This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll work alongside experienced surveyors, coordinate projects from commencement to completion, support field crews, liaise with clients and play a key role in ensuring every project runs smoothly.
No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating rail or infrastructure projects, the next assisting with land development, cadastral surveys or major construction works. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, enjoy working with people and take pride in keeping everything organised, you'll fit right in.
At Hanlons, we invest in our people. You'll join a supportive, values-driven team that encourages learning, celebrates success and provides genuine opportunities to grow your career.
If you're looking for a role where your contribution matters and where you'll be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, we'd love to hear from you.
Bring your organisation. Bring your initiative. Bring your personality. We'll provide the opportunities to build a rewarding career.
