About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Kitchen Hand to join the kitchen team at one of our four hospitality venues.
This is an entry‑level opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in contributing to a clean, well‑run kitchen. You’ll play an important support role in helping the kitchen operate smoothly during service.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Supporting service by keeping work areas organised and stocked
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
Working cooperatively with the kitchen team during busy services
About You
We can teach you everything you need to know but there are some things we just can't teach! The following are our non-negotiables:
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Takes pride in cleanliness and organisation
Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
Is comfortable working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential.
You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.

This is a Karratha residential role, and the successful applicant must be willing to relocate and live regionally in Karratha.
