If you hold a Master's degree (or are currently pursuing one) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, this is your chance to directly influence how next-generation AI understands and reasons through complex scientific problems.

What You'll Do

  • Design advanced chemistry problems that rigorously test AI reasoning and performance — spanning chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solutions that reflect rigorous scientific logic
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality
  • Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate-to-Masters-level chemistry topics
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves large language model (LLM) capabilities

Who You Are

  • Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
  • Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and scientific rigor
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with how large language models work
  • Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
