The Role
We're looking for a CRM Assistant to join our CRM team and support the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and loyalty (Friends Club) campaigns.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role — perfect for someone who is naturally curious, loves ticking things off a list, and wants to build a genuine career in CRM and lifecycle marketing. You'll be doing the fundamentals — testing, checking, briefing, coordinating — and grow into owning bigger pieces of the CRM process as you build knowledge of our customers, systems, and campaigns.
If you're early in your marketing career (recent grad or 1–2 years in) and want to learn CRM inside a fast-paced, well-known retail brand, this is a great next step. It's fast — but it's never alone.
What you'll be doing
Campaign briefing & content
- Support the Digital Shoot Document process — selecting products from Merchandise to Marketing Brief and sourcing inspirational imagery for creative briefs
- Assist with email briefing: selecting products and images, writing copy, building email briefs, and managing the briefing workflow in Asana
Quality assurance
- Test email and SMS campaigns before send — checking links, copy, and pricing accuracy across test sends
- Support website regression testing for new and existing Friends Club functionality
Friends Club (loyalty programme)
- Brief assets for Friends Club campaigns
- Prepare and submit gaming permit applications
- Manage winner selection and outreach, and coordinate prize fulfilment
- Run the Friends Club Monthly Draw end-to-end
Reporting & insights
- Contribute to Trade Pack Reporting and After Action Reviews — including campaign stats and eDM screenshots
Customer care
- Triage Customer Care enquiries relating to sign-ups and Friends Club membership
What you'll bring
- A genuine interest in CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing — you want to understand the why, not just the how
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail — comfortable testing 20+ links across 14+ emails a week and doing it right every time
- Reliable and process-driven — you can follow a workflow consistently and accurately without it feeling like a grind
- Comfortable juggling multiple small tasks and deadlines at once
- Clear written communication skills for copywriting and customer-facing outreach
- Recent marketing grad looking for your first real role, or 1–2 years in a marketing/CRM/ecommerce role ready to step into a bigger team and brand
- Familiarity with email/SMS platforms, CRM tools or Asana is a bonus — not a must
